HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DESIGN MY FILTER?
We require a minimum of 3 business days (72 hours) in order to complete the design of your filter. This allows time for design, feedback, and delivering you the PNG and submission instructions. Since Snapchat must approve every filter (and this typically takes a few hours), we suggest that you purchase your filter at least a week ahead of the event.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
The pricing you see in our Shop includes the cost of the customized filter design as well as instructions to walk you through submitting the filter to Snapchat. Snapchat charges a nominal fee (starting at $5) to submit filters for personal use. That cost will vary depending on the square footage, time available, and demand for a certain area.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY FILTER TO SNAPCHAT ONCE I'VE RECEIVED IT FROM YOU?
We're glad you asked! When you purchase a filter from us, we'll include a PDF with step-by-step instructions on submitting your filter. We've also made this handy video to walk you through the process as well. It is super easy and we are always here to help!
CAN I PUT MY WEDDING #HASHTAG ON MY FILTER?
Since Snapchat and Twitter are actually competitors, Snapchat does not allow hashtags on their filters. We can use a phrase of your choosing in your filter, but unfortunately we cannot use the # symbol as Snapchat expressly prohibits use of hashtags.
CAN I DO A CUSTOM DESIGN WITH IMAGES THAT I SEND YOU?
Unfortunately, currently due to the high demand of filters from our Shop, we currently don't have the bandwidth to create filters with images provided by customers. However, we can provide any font, color, text that you desire from any of our templates to make your filter perfect for the big day!
